Q. What is the total investment required?
A. You should have at least 15 million liquid cash available to consider owning our franchise.
Approximately 10-12 million will be needed upfront to get up and running.


Q. How much can I expect to make by becoming a franchise partner?
A. The amount can vary depending on many factors, including location, competition & rent.
The amount you make is determined by you, it is your business to run!
Your profit rate will be 30%-35% and typically, you should be able to recover your initial investment in 2-4 years.


Q. Is prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry required?
A. While industry experience is a benefit, it is not a requirement.


Q. What qualifications do you look for in a Franchise Partner?
A. S. Abdul Wahid looks for people with drive and passion, including the following criteria:

People Person: You absolutely must love being around people and interacting with the public.

Team Player: Works well with others, get a kick out of sharing ideas and like contributing to
the overall success of S. Abdul Wahid.

Love of Mithai: You should be as enthusiastic about running a mithai shop as a seven year-old child is about eating our chum chums!

Q. What training is provided?
A. Each new Franchise Partner is required to complete S. Abdul Wahid’s intensive training program.
We provide you with all the required tools and resources to support you on your path to success.
Our operations are streamline but fun and simple.


Q. I own another Franchise; can I also purchase a S. Abdul Wahid Franchise?
A. Yes, if it is not a conflict of interest.


Q. What are the stores’ operating hours?
A. Store hours vary by location however standard operating hours are 10 am to midnight daily.


Q. Can I own more than one site?
A. Absolutely. Once you have successfully proven to run one franchise store you can apply to own
multiple stores.


Q. Does the owner also need to work in the store?
A. No, although it is important that you are involved in all facets of your store/business.


Q. Can I choose the area or specific location for my store?
A. You are welcome to submit an area or specific location and our development team will discuss the opportunity with you to ensure it is the right fit for both you and the brand.
